1. Make the rules crystal clear. For example: Disallow any sort of advantages not apart of wc3. IE. running another program in tandem/conjunction of wc3, etc. This will make everyone feel like their achievements are valuable and rare. This requires the community work together to advance through game and will make it appear more people are playing, since people won't be soloing content with what would now be clearly considered cheating.
2. Next, define response. IE. warnings, removed from ligit list, etc. This will make people feel like they are treated equally and fairly. If you start with a warning and direct them to the rules they are defying, they will have a chance to change their ways before more serious responses are required. I don't want to make the community smaller, but if they are ruining it for the 95% not cheating and making them quit, then, yes - Maybe - remove the cheaters.

-Make a disable popup command that would disable any popups for that individual person. Examples of popups that would be disabled: The save command has a pop up, the remember to save screen shots and replays pop up, the save often pop up, etc. If people want the reminders, they can opt to have them, but do not force it upon those who know better. It can be very distracting when you are doing an arena and you can't easily see the "Thunder Clap" warning or w/e.
Also, fix the command that removes the visual effects on items like gauntlets, that too can make it difficult to see important events.

Make legendaries appear for each player in the dungeon and make it soul bound like zeus mat drop. Would get rid of ninja steal and promote playing together (maybe only for 215-265 dungeons).
Maybe implement a referral program? Such like if someone you got into the game becomes legit, get a reward? Or points to exchange for title/relic/legendary? Would promote helping and getting more players.
Autosave every 20 or 30 minutes, have seen several quit because of game crash.
Idk if this has been ruled out yet, but I would really like to see a Pillar Golem nerf. If anything make him hit harder and have more Hp, but change the rock dodging part. It's a huge hangup, and imo it's not late game enough for mechanics as hard/frustrating as they are. Maybe make fighting him have an int cost, or force solo, or whatever.
Since you are looking for small changes, maybe think about balancing champions. Tweaking cds/damage, etc. I know nothing about wc3 editing but I assume it would be simple enough. So many people pick lycan and Bounty hunter as their first champ and get discouraged when they are told they are garbage later. Changing Bounty Hunter's stun to a 2.5 stun, 25 sec cd or something. Adding a stun to lycans jump etc. Obviously complete balance is challenging but there shouldnt be any "useless" champs
Buff Blademaster's 250 spell. I mean it is TRASH. It deals less damage than 5 procs from passive. OR turn it back to magical damage as it was in 5.5 Is is worth than wolf now. I mean, the 250 spell should make you ultra strong, apart from reducing AS, this spell is trash. Also CD is so long for a trash spell.
First of all, thank you very much for making this great map. my suggestions:
1.) Currently I am playing an Ellin at stage 186. For my spells I use hotkeys in battle. Currently they are: (v) vision raid (c) arcane sight (b) blizzard (f) thunderfall They would be easier to learn and use if the hotkeys' order would correspond to the icon position in game. (z) vision raid (x) arcane sight (c) blizzard (v) thunderfall This should be generic for all spells
2.) After defeating all bosses in Dark Rose, Difficulty: Party, you are being transferred back to town. In many times I don't get near to the wood reward. There should be more seconds delay before the transfer.
